I wish to be more active, I do like to run and be physical active but I do have a hard time keeping a routine.
With this project I would like to follow my process of how to start off and getting better with my self.
This final major project is a journal of my resolution to keep on running. How to start of and a be more physical active and keeping a routine. It’s more of self awareness and keeping track of my records. I develop it more as a book with a diary, statistic and photo essay content to keep stats over my progress.
